华为基站交付管理系统/Huawei Base Station Delivery Management System
华为基站交付管理系统(以下称ISDP)是华为管理全球各地基站建设,交付情况的系统。其中牵扯的业务十分专业而且广泛。牵扯物料供应,地址地质勘查,实施计划,建设情况反馈等等。而此次项目主要是针对其中最重要的实施计划,也就是基站建设计划排期的系统进行设计。
The Huawei Base Station Delivery Management System (hereinafter referred to as ISDP) is a system used by Huawei to manage the construction and delivery of base stations around the world. The involved business is very professional and extensive. It involves material supply, site geological survey, implementation plans, feedback on construction status, and more. This project primarily targets the most crucial part, the implementation plan, which is the system design for scheduling the construction plans of the base stations.
用户研究 /User Research
由于基站交付的领域壁垒很高,我们采用了三种用户研究的方式,来作为设计的输入项:领域专家访谈,用户访谈,用户任务测试。通过专家访谈,设计师首先了解业务,从而建立基本的业务领域知识。之后我们利用屏幕分享的途径,利用我们的问题与任务假设,访谈一线操作基站建设的工程师,来收集设计机会点。
Due to the high barriers in the field of base station delivery, we adopted three types of user research methods as inputs for the design: domain expert interviews, user interviews, and user task tests. Through expert interviews, designers first understand the business, thus establishing basic knowledge of the business domain. Afterwards, we use screen sharing to conduct interviews with engineers who operate on the front lines of base station construction, using our questions and task hypotheses to collect design opportunities.

用户研究阶段,我们访谈了10个一线的工程师,地域包括了有亚洲,西澳,东欧,中东,南美等各个区域。对于每个细分领域的一线工程师,又做了一一对应的用户画像(如下报告)。根据业务需求提取用户的产品诉求,结合每个地域的工作环境来走查系统中可以被优化的环节
During the user research phase, we interviewed 10 frontline engineers from regions including Asia, Western Australia, Eastern Europe, the Middle East, and South America. For each engineer in every specific field, we created corresponding user personas (as detailed in the following report). We identified the product demands of the users based on business needs and combined them with the working conditions in each region to review the aspects of the system that could be optimized.

可视化工作坊 /Visualization Workshop
通过可视化的工作坊,我们与用户一起来完成设计机会点的收集。主要思路是是我们的产品的操作逻辑更能够满足实际基站交付工作中的业务逻辑。进而,使其更加的友好,智能化。不同颜色的便签纸来分别记录下来的是机会点,方案可能性。再利用业务领域的专家来验证初步设计设想的可行性,创新性与友好性。
Through the visualization workshop, we collaborated with users to collect design opportunities. The main idea is to align the operational logic of our product more closely with the actual business logic of base station delivery work, making it more user-friendly and intelligent. Different colored sticky notes were used to record opportunities and potential solutions. Then, we used domain experts to validate the feasibility, innovation, and user-friendliness of the preliminary design concepts.

利用以上的研究产出物作为设计的输入项。采用纸面原型的方式,我们与用户以及领域专家一起讨论,改进我们的设计方案。
Using the aforementioned research outputs as inputs for design. We discuss and refine our design proposal together with users and domain experts using paper prototypes.
