华为CFS发票系统

CFS is one of the core systems in HUAWEI's financial line. And its main job is to produce invoice in batches.

I applied Double Diamond Model to direct my design process.First, I studied the invoice knowledge. Second, invited real user to join my interview. Third, used story board and paper prototype to double confirm with our clients. Finally, delivered the final DEMO.

Design Challenge

In general, there are three goals we need to achieve.

1, some invoice is still done by the manpower however original vision of CFS is made invoice produced by computer automatically. So we need to turn those offline businesses online.

2, some part of system is very difficult for operators to interact with and we need to find out why and make it more friendly.

3, more higher level,it's for the manager or leader to manage the financial  team and what they need is totally different from the operators. Also, we need to know what kind of requirement they may have through our interview. In the end we need to deliver a roadmap of the CFS in the future.
